Technical support

Help with systems we have installed, and maintenance contracts that keep them running.

Every system we install comes with support. When something stops working, you need a person who knows your setup, not a ticket number and a foreign call centre. Our engineers configured your terminals, cameras and network, and they are the people who will help you when something goes wrong.

For businesses that depend on their systems every day, we offer annual maintenance contracts. These cover scheduled preventive visits, priority response and the small fixes and adjustments that keep a system reliable over years rather than months. Support is also available on a per-incident basis for clients without a contract.

How to reach support

  • Phone or WhatsApp: +234 (0) 706 258 5988

  • Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Contract clients have agreed response arrangements outside these hours.
  • What to include: your business name and location, the system or device affected, what you were doing when the problem started, any message shown on screen, and a photo or short video if that helps. The more we know at the first contact, the faster we can resolve it.

Annual maintenance contracts

An annual maintenance contract is an agreement to keep your systems running for a fixed yearly fee. Instead of waiting for something to fail and then finding someone to fix it, you get scheduled visits, priority response when you call and a team that already knows your site. For a shop, restaurant, hotel or clinic that cannot trade without its systems, this is usually the most cost-effective way to manage technology.

Contracts are scoped to what you have installed. A single counter with a camera or two needs a different agreement from a multi-branch retailer or a hotel with access control on every floor. We will assess your setup and propose a scope, a visit schedule and a response time in writing before you commit.

  • Scheduled preventive maintenance visits, including cleaning, inspection and testing of installed equipment
  • Priority response to faults by phone, remote access and on-site attendance within an agreed time
  • Software updates, configuration changes and user account administration for supported systems
  • Health checks on recorders, storage, backups and power protection
  • Refresher training for new staff and a named point of contact for your business

Questions

Support questions, answered.

Do you support systems you did not install?

Often, yes. We will survey the existing setup first and tell you honestly whether it can be supported as it is or needs changes before we take it on.

How quickly will someone respond?

Contract clients have a response time agreed in writing. For other clients, we respond during business hours as quickly as the day's schedule allows, and many issues are resolved remotely on the first call.

Can problems be fixed remotely?

Many can. Software, configuration and reporting issues are usually handled by remote access with your permission. Hardware faults and cabling need a visit.

What is not covered by a maintenance contract?

Physical damage, theft, damage from unprotected power, and consumables such as paper rolls are normally excluded. Replacement hardware is quoted separately unless the contract says otherwise. The exclusions are listed in your agreement.

Need a maintenance contract?

We can quote an annual maintenance contract for systems we installed, or take over systems installed by others after an assessment.
