Barcode selling, price lookups, receipts and a daily figure you can trust — for a single shop or a growing chain.
Retail
Most shops close the day with a rough idea rather than a figure. Cash is counted, a few items are remembered as sold, and the difference is put down to a busy afternoon. It usually is not. It is unpriced items, discounts given at the counter, returns that were never recorded and stock that walked.
A retail POS removes the guessing. Every item is scanned at a known price, every sale is attached to the person who processed it, and the closing figure is the sum of what actually happened rather than what anybody remembers.
What's included
Scan and sell at a fixed price. No mental arithmetic, no prices that change depending on who is serving.
Prices are set once, centrally. Discounts are applied as rules rather than as favours at the counter.
Selling reduces stock in real time, so what the system shows is what the shelf holds.
Recorded against the original sale, so refunds cannot quietly become cash out of the drawer.
Each cashier signs in. Voids, discounts and refunds carry a name and a timestamp.
Takings by payment type, by cashier and by product, ready when you lock up.
Deployment
We look at the space, power and how customers queue before recommending hardware.
Your items, prices and barcodes are loaded and checked against the shelf.
Terminal, scanner, printer and drawer fitted, then your staff are trained on the counter itself.
We stay reachable through the first trading week, when the real questions appear.
Who it's for
Questions
Yes. The system is licensed and configured so a second or third counter can be added without rebuilding anything. Your product list and reports stay as they are.
We print and apply your own labels. For items sold loose or by weight, we set up quick-select buttons instead, so the cashier never has to type a price.
On cloud or hybrid, yes — from a phone or laptop. On a purely offline setup the figures stay on the terminal, which is why most owners choose hybrid.
A single counter is usually live within a day once the product list is ready. Preparing that list is the part that takes the most time, and we help with it.
Tell us what you sell and how many counters you run. We will come back with an itemised proposal, hardware included.
