Website design and development for Nigerian businesses.

Company websites, online stores, portals and web applications, designed, built, hosted and maintained by one team in Abuja.

Why a website

A website has four jobs. It should do all of them.

Be found: when someone searches for what you sell in your city, your site should appear, load quickly on a phone and say plainly what you do. Be trusted: a clear, well-kept site with real photographs, real addresses and real people persuades a stranger that you are a serious business. Be contacted: every page should make it easy to call, message on WhatsApp or send an enquiry. And, where it applies, sell: take orders and payments without a person being awake to do it.

We handle the whole job end to end. That means strategy and page planning, design, development, writing and arranging the content, hosting and domain setup, search engine optimisation and the maintenance that keeps the site fast, secure and up to date after launch. You deal with one team, and you own everything we produce.

Types of websites

Types of websites we design and develop.

Each type has its own requirements. We have built them before and know where the difficult parts are.

Product catalogues, carts and checkout with Paystack or Flutterwave, delivery zones and fees, order management, and stock synchronised with the POS in your physical store.

Hospitality

Hotel & booking websites

Room listings, live availability, online booking and payment, connected to the hotel management system at the front desk.

Menus, online ordering for pick-up or delivery, table reservations and integration with the kitchen and till.

Real estate & property listing sites

Searchable listings with photographs, maps and enquiry forms, agent pages and an admin area for adding and removing properties.

Non-profit

NGO, church & association websites

Programmes, events, member areas, newsletters and online donations with receipts, presented clearly for supporters and funders.

Fast article pages, categories, authors, video embeds and advertising slots, with an editor-friendly publishing workflow.

Public sector

Government & public-sector portals

Information portals, online applications and service request systems that must be accessible, secure and simple to update.

Applications

Web applications & portals

Customer and staff portals, custom dashboards, approval and workflow systems, built for the process no off-the-shelf product handles.

Existing sites

Website redesign & migration

A new design, structure and platform for a site that has fallen behind, with content and search rankings carried across carefully.

What's included

What every site we build includes.

These are not add-ons. They are in the scope of every website, whatever its size.

01

Mobile-first responsive design

Designed for the phone screen first, because that is where most Nigerian traffic comes from, then scaled up to tablet and desktop.

02

Speed optimisation

Compressed images, lean code and caching so pages load quickly even on slow mobile data.

03

On-page SEO & structured data

Clean URLs, titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap and schema markup so search engines understand every page.

04

SSL & security hardening

HTTPS on every page, secure admin logins, firewall rules and regular software updates.

05

Content management you can edit

An admin area where your team changes text, images, products and posts without touching code.

06

Analytics & Search Console

Visitor tracking and Google Search Console set up and explained, so you can see what the site is doing for you.

07

Accessibility basics

Readable contrast, keyboard navigation, image descriptions and sensible heading structure.

08

WhatsApp & contact integration

Click-to-call, WhatsApp chat and enquiry forms that reach the right person by email.

09

Backups

Scheduled backups of files and database, kept off the server, so the site can be restored quickly if anything goes wrong.

Technologies

Technologies we work with.

We choose the platform to fit the job and the team who will maintain it, not the other way round.

Our process

How a website project runs.

Five stages, agreed with you before work starts. A standard company website typically takes four to six weeks from kick-off to launch.

01

Discovery

What the site must achieve, who it speaks to, what it must say first and which pages and features are needed.

02

Design

Page structure, layouts and visual direction, reviewed and agreed with you before any code is written.

03

Build

Development, integrations, responsive testing on real phones and speed optimisation.

04

Content & SEO

Writing or arranging text and images, loading them page by page, and setting titles, descriptions and structured data.

05

Launch & support

Domain and hosting go-live, analytics and Search Console, training for your team and post-launch changes.

Hosting, domains, email & maintenance

Keeping the site up after launch.

A website is not finished on launch day. It needs a domain that renews on time, hosting that stays up, business email that reaches the inbox, an SSL certificate that does not expire unnoticed, and software updates applied before they become security problems.

  • .ng and .com domain registration and renewal, in your name
  • Hosting sized for your traffic, in Nigeria or abroad as the site requires
  • Business email on your own domain
  • SSL certificates, renewals and security updates
  • Uptime monitoring with a person who responds when something goes down
  • Monthly care plans for content changes, backups and reports

Pricing

What affects the price.

Every proposal we send is itemised. These are the things that move the number up or down.

Scope

Number of pages and features

A five-page company site and a forty-page portal with logins are different projects. Page count and functionality set the baseline.

Commerce

E-commerce & payment integration

Product catalogues, checkout, payment gateways, delivery rules and order management add design, development and testing time.

Design

Custom design or template

A well-chosen template keeps cost down. A fully custom design costs more and is worth it when the brand has to stand apart.

Content

Content writing & photography

Sites with text and photographs ready to use cost less than sites where we write, edit and arrange photography for you.

Systems

Integrations

Connecting the site to a POS, booking engine, CRM, SMS gateway or accounting system takes specification and testing time.

After launch

Ongoing care

Hosting, domain, email and a maintenance plan are recurring costs, quoted separately so you can see them clearly.

Questions

What clients ask first.

How long does a website take?

A standard company website usually takes four to six weeks from kick-off to launch. E-commerce stores, portals and web applications take longer, typically eight to sixteen weeks depending on the features. The most common delay is waiting for content, so we start on that early.

Can we edit the site ourselves?

Yes. Every site comes with an admin area for changing text, images, products and posts without touching code, and we train your team to use it before launch. If you would rather we handled changes, that is covered by a monthly care plan.

Do you write the content?

We can. Some clients supply finished text and photographs; others give us notes and we write, edit and structure the pages, and arrange photography where it is needed. Content writing is quoted as its own line so you can decide.

Will the site rank on Google?

Every site we build has the technical foundations in place: fast pages, clean structure, proper titles and descriptions, a sitemap and structured data. Ranking for competitive terms also depends on content, reviews and links over time, and we are clear about that rather than promising positions.

Do you redesign existing websites?

Yes. We review the current site, keep what works, replace what does not, and migrate content and URLs carefully so existing search rankings are preserved. We can also move a site to new hosting or a new platform.

Who owns the domain, hosting and code?

You do. Domains are registered in your name, hosting accounts are yours, and you receive the full source code and admin access on completion. If you ever move to another provider, everything goes with you.

Ready to scope your website?

Tell us about the site, the size and the timeline. We will come back with a clear, itemised proposal.
