Point of sale, inventory, accounting, customer records and reporting in one connected system, with the hardware, training and support to run it every day.
Retail in Nigeria
A supermarket, mini-mart or boutique rarely fails because of one bad month. It loses a little every day: stock that leaves the shelf without a sale being recorded, prices changed at the counter, expenses paid from the till and never written down, and a ledger that only tells you what happened weeks after the fact. Long queues at closing time push customers to the shop next door, and when the owner is away, nobody can say with confidence how much was sold or what is left in the store.
The fix is not more paperwork. It is one connected system where every sale, every delivery from a supplier, every expense and every stock count is recorded once and shows up everywhere it is needed. The cashier sells with a scanner, stock reduces on its own, the accounts update on their own, and the owner reads the day's figures on a phone. That is what we install for retail businesses across Nigeria, built around our own TranziPOS software and the systems that sit around it.

The software
Seven parts, sold together or added one at a time as the business grows.
Barcode selling, printed or WhatsApp receipts, and multiple payment types on one ticket: cash, bank transfer and POS terminal. Cashier shifts with opening and closing counts, returns and exchanges, discounts with approval, and full operation when the network is down.
Live stock levels per branch and per shelf location, reorder alerts when items fall below minimum, supplier purchase orders and goods received notes, and expiry tracking for pharmacies and food retailers. Stock-take with a handheld scanner, then a variance report that shows exactly what is missing and where.
Sales, expenses, VAT, cash book and bank reconciliation in one place, with profit and loss per branch and export for your accountant. Because it is integrated with the POS, sales post to the accounts automatically and the books stop depending on somebody remembering to type them in.
Customer records against each sale, loyalty points and redemptions, credit customers with limits and statements, and SMS or WhatsApp promotions sent to the people who actually buy from you.
An online shop or WhatsApp order form linked to the same stock as the counter, so you never sell an item online that has already gone from the shelf. Orders drop straight into the till for packing and delivery.
Cashier permissions that control who can discount, void or open the drawer, biometric clock-in tied to shifts, and attendance records that feed payroll. Pairs with the time and attendance systems on our security page.
Dashboards for sales by hour, product, cashier and branch, margin and dead stock, plus an owner's mobile app that shows today's takings and stock alerts wherever you are. Part of our software, AI and digital division.

Benefits
Owners tell us the first difference is not a report. It is being able to answer simple questions on the spot: what did we sell today, what is left, and did we make money.
Closing figures, margin and stock value are ready every evening without a manual count.
Every item that leaves has a sale, a return or a write-off against it, with the cashier's name attached.
Scan, take payment, print. Queues clear quicker and fewer customers walk out at peak hours.
Prices, promotions and stock transfers are managed centrally, with each branch reporting into one head office.
VAT is captured on every sale and purchase, so returns and audits start from clean figures.
Reorder what sells, drop what does not, and see which hours and cashiers bring in the most.
The till keeps selling when the internet or power drops, then synchronises when it returns.
Sales, stock alerts and cash position on a mobile app, whether you are in the store or travelling.
Hardware
Software is only half the job. We supply, configure and install the equipment it runs on, and we keep spares for the parts that wear out.

Rollout
Four stages, agreed with you before work starts. A single store is usually live within days of the hardware arriving.
We visit the store, agree the counters, branches and payment types, then load your product list, prices, barcodes and opening stock.
Hardware is installed and networked, receipts are branded, VAT and user permissions are set, and the accounts are linked.
Cashiers, stock keepers and managers are trained on site at their own screens, with printed quick guides left behind.
Phone and WhatsApp support, updates and a review after the first month. New branches and modules are added as the business grows.
Who it suits
Questions
Yes. The till runs on the local machine and keeps selling, printing receipts and reducing stock without a connection. When the network returns, the data synchronises to the other branches, the accounts and the owner's app. With a UPS or inverter from our power division, it also rides through short power cuts.
Yes. Each branch has its own stock and its own tills, while prices, promotions and product lists are managed centrally. Head office sees every branch in one report and can transfer stock between them.
Yes. Manufacturer barcodes are scanned straight from the pack. For loose items, own-brand goods or fashion, the system prints your own barcode or price labels with a label printer we supply.
Training is done on site, at the counters staff will actually use, and is included in every rollout. Cashiers usually need half a day; managers and stock keepers a little longer. Refresher sessions are available under a support plan.
TranziPOS is priced per till, with optional modules such as accounting, e-commerce and the owner's app added as needed. Hardware, installation and training are quoted separately and itemised, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Ask for a written quote from our contact page.
Yes. If your products are in a spreadsheet or another POS, we import them with prices, barcodes and quantities, then run an opening stock count with you so the system starts from an accurate position.
Tell us about the store, the number of counters and branches, and what you sell. We will come back with a clear, itemised proposal.
